When the gyms reopened I decided I needed to do something more than walk so I joined the sessions and soon realised the exercise was actually helping my back pain.I started going 3 times a week and Mel always adapted the exercises for me so I never had to miss out. I think the hardest part of going into the gym was allowing him to tell me what to do.? By November I had a huge change in my body shape and I felt a lot better.
