My 1:1 personal training sessions with Gareth give me an escape from a stressful job and busy lifestyle (the latter being self-inflicted of course!) Our sessions are intensive, enjoyable, exhausting and humorous, and help to clear my head of the outside world whilst improving my health and wellbeing. But my programme does not stop when I walk out the door ... far from it!
